Product will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day.

After every fulfillment, we will send out shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online to make sure you receive updates along the way. Please note: it can take some time for tracking information to update.

The estimated delivery time may vary, typically between 10 to 14 business days within the Contiguous United States and 10 to 21 business days after manifested for the rest of the world. We offer Standard Shipping by USPS. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the checkout page.

Please contact us at sales@shopisticator.com if you havent received your package after the delivery time period (10 to 14 business days within the Contiguous United States and 10 to 21 business days for the rest of the world), and add your order number and date of order.

Please contact us at sales@shopisticator.com regarding any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments, however, we cannot arrange a free replacement for lost item due to incorrect address designated by customer. It is solely the your responsibility to carefully review the order details before committing payment. After every fulfillment, we will send out shipping notification and tracking updates to make sure you receive updates along the way.

 

Import Taxes and Duties

Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
